4月份 super kids

Dolphin class [Ian]

Teacher: Isaac, Stacey

We are proud to announce that this month’s Super Kid is Ian! This award has been a long time coming for him. Since day one, he’s shown a lot of promise, intelligence, and understanding when it comes to learning. Whether he wanted to be involved in learning was another question - until now! Ian has really stepped up as a Dolphin and has improved his listening, learning, and writing. He works hard on his workbooks and gets them right most of the time. He loves drawing and he shows a lot of thoughtfulness in the colors he picks and the boxes he fills. Ian has shown that he has strong friendships in Dolphin Class, often being generous and thoughtful to his table mates. We still encourage him to pick up the pace a little bit, but we are still very proud of Ian. We are looking forward to seeing him growing more and more. Great job!

Gator class [Olivia]

Teacher: Daniel, Dolly

This month’s Super Kid has had a lot of challenges over the years at CKids. We are so happy to see that she has finally learned to pay more attention during class. Since she has this new found passion for learning, her speed on acquiring new knowledge and skills has improved drastically. She has also started to become more obedient and respectful to her teachers. For all these reasons and more, Olivia is the Super Kid for the month of April.

Gazelle Class [Mika]

Teacher: Jeannie, Christy

This quiet, little girl possesses an unassuming personality in class and in school. She’s so low-key that one would easily overlook her and her achievements. As it turns out, this Super Kid for the month of April has always been a strong contender for the award. She is one of the top readers in class as she can read her Phonics words and Reading Connection books with ease and flair. She will also surprise you by reading big words that are not even taught yet. She remembers our songs, vocabulary words and sentence patterns in a jiffy and immediately understands Math concepts. Her writing is also improving as she writes her words neatly and properly. She is one of the few students who require little or no supervision at all. All her classmates like to play with her as she likes sharing her toys and doesn’t cause trouble in class. For all these reasons and more, we proudly give this prestigious award to…Mika! Congratulations and keep on being super!

Panther Class [Laurence]

Teacher: Michael, Joanna

Our Super Kid in Panther for the month of April 2021 is Laurence! It is impressive how much Laurence has improved in so many areas over the past few months. He went from not understanding anything to having full conversations with his peers and teachers. He has been learning his ABCs very quickly, and he has a great memory for new English words and phrases. He was the first student to remember all of his lines in our graduation show. He loves to play with his friends, and he loves to dance to our show music. Congratulations, and keep up the great work, Laurence!

Beagle Class [Jaime]

Teacher: Thomas, Anita

This month’s Super Kid goes to Jaime! Jaime has been working much harder lately. She can now focus on her own and doesn’t get tired or fall asleep during class. She has gotten much better at working independently and only needs encouragement when finishing her writing. Her behavior is also very good as she often follows the classroom rules and is quick to finish her daily tasks. We are confident that she will do wonders in elementary school! Keep up the good work Jaime and congratulations for being this month’s Super Kid!

Koala Class [Dan]

Teacher: Marco, Leigh

This month’s Super Kid for Koala Class is a special little boy who has improved so much since joining our class. When he started at CKids, he struggled with so much, but thanks to his hard work, and a lot of help from his teachers and mommy, he has not only caught up, but exceeded expectations across the board. His reading is strong and his writing has been showing consistent improvement. He’s quite strong in Math, even going ahead of the class to complete the next page sometimes. Another area where he’s been making progress is his pronunciation. He can consistently make the correct [k] and [g] sounds after lots of hard work! We are so proud to have Dan as our Super Kid for the month of April.
