Our October Super Kid has been showing a lot of initiative in being an awesome learner in Dolphin Class and his name is Felix! He’s increasingly become more aware of surroundings and has shown a lot of care for his other classmates. He learns words fast, many times learning the more complicated vocabulary before the other students! Felix is able to communicate well in English by applying what we’ve learned and forming his own new sentences. He is very receptive to correction and learning new manners. Sometimes it’s hard to tell if he’s listening, but he absorbs almost all of the lessons that are taught throughout the day and is always more than willing to take opportunities to apply what he’s learned! Great job, Felix! Keep learning and keep growing!

This Gator has been a work in progress. She never liked to eat her food or follow her teachers. Finally she has completely transformed into an amazing student. She now prides herself on finishing things first and following directions when told. She also has learned to speak with a normal voice and to speak louder so her peers could hear her. Now she is really confident and has a lot more fun in class. For all these reasons and more, Anya is the Super Kid for the month of October. Congratulations, Anya! Keep up the great work!

The Super Kid in Gazelle Class for the month of October is a special little girl. Although she just recently joined our class, she has been quick to make friends and learn our daily routines. She was a little shy at first, but is now an active participant in class activities, and can often be seen raising her hand to answer her teachers’ questions or helping her fellow students. Her English ability is strong, and she also has excellent manners. We look forward to sharing many more fun and educational experiences with our newest Gazelle in the months ahead. We are proud to announce that Alice is our Super Kid this month! Congratulations Alice, and keep up the good work!

Our Super Kid in Panther for the month of October 2020 is Firmina! Although she is very shy and quiet, Firmina is a very smart and well-behaved student. She does well in all subjects, and she learns new English words quickly. All the students like to play with Firmina because she has good manners and she is willing to share with others. She is very helpful during our Christmas show practices as she will help cue the students who struggle to remember their lines. She never gets in trouble, and always listens to her teachers. This month’s Super Kid goes to Tanya! She has been trying very hard lately. Although things don’t always come easy for her, she has made big strides in reading and writing. She often tries to follow the rules in class and likes to get the other students to follow them as well. She loves attention and will often raise her hand in class even if she doesn’t know the answer. She also likes talking and is often social with the teachers and the other students. Congratulations Tanya! Keep trying hard and you will continue to see improvement.

This month’s Super Kid is a special little Koala who has been putting in a lot more effort in the past few months. Although this Koala has trouble focusing sometimes, she has definitely proven that she is trying harder and has made some improvements. She is especially good at remembering her stories and her Reading Connection books. She has also become more confident with her letters and numbers. We hope that she can keep improving and showing us that she can be a good student and friend. We are proud to name Albee our Super Kid for the month of October. Congratulations!
