8月份 super kids

Polar Bear class [Mia]

Teacher: Michael, Tiffany

Our Super Kid in Polar Bear is a young girl who had a rocky start to her school life, but has grown a lot this past month. She would come to school in a bad mood, or crying, but now she (usually) arrives with a smile on her face. Mia is a very smart and quick student. She is always paying attention in class, and she is often the first to raise her hand and answer questions.

Great job, and keep up the awesome work, Mia!

Phoenix class [Carlton]

Teacher: Zachary, Dolly

This marks my first month with CKids and my first time to choose a Super Kid for Phoenix Class. I just realized that making a choice on who should be Super Kid is a challenge. However, this month I noticed one student really stand out. He followed close to our group during the Taipei 101 field trip. He does not laugh at others mistakes. He remains quiet when everybody is boisterous. He continues to improve his reading skills and is always participating to the best of his ability. The most important thing is this student tries to be the best student he knows he wants to be.

It is my great honor to name Carlton our Super Kid of the Month! Let’s give him a round of applause!

Leopard Class [Ray]

Teacher: Donovan, Karcida

Teaching is a profession where patience is needed more than most other qualities. Hopefully our patience pays off and the pupils we spend so much time with flourish and begin to take shape before our very eyes. I am very pleased to announce that the Super Kid for August for Leopard Class has proven Teacher Karcida’s and Teacher Donovan’s patience to be worth it. Who once began as a very stubborn seed unwilling to sprout, our Super Kid has recently shown he is becoming the seedling we had all hoped he would become. Through hard work, Ray has finally shown a willingness to be taught and an acceptance of his role as a student—two things which Teacher Karcida and I have been looking forward to for a long time. Congratulations, Ray, for taking a great leap forward these past summer months. May you continue down the right path and show everyone what you can do!

Wallaby Class [Bruce]

Teacher: Jason, Joanna

Our Super Kid in Wallaby Class is a young boy who has shown himself as a leader in the classroom. He excels at learning new vocabulary and applying it daily. He is quick to raise his hand and answer questions. He often helps out other students and teachers alike. He always greets everyone every morning with a big smile.

Keep up the excellent work, Bruce!

Unicorn Class [Phoebe]

Teacher: Jeannie, Anita

We chose this shy, young lady as our Super Kid for the month of August for many reasons. She may be as quiet as a mouse but don’t let that deceive you. Underneath that quiet exterior is an intelligent young girl who likes to observe at first before doing what is tasked to do. She is a perfectionist as she takes time to do her books and work neatly and completely. Her reading skills have improved so much that she can read like a professional. She is finally starting to come out of her shell as she raises her hand to answer questions or to participate in class and school activities. She plays well with everyone and does not have a mean bone in her body. No wonder everyone likes to play with her!

We would like to congratulate Phoebe for attaining this award! You truly deserve it! Keep up the good work and always dream big!

Lemur Class [Lucas]

Teacher: Marco, Dana

This month’s Super Kid is a spectacular little Lemur who is always improving and progressing. He is so intelligent and knows his numbers and letters so well and is even able to write all them. He surprises us all the time with his math skills, despite being only level 3. He can do a lot of addition and subtraction that we haven’t even learned yet. When he started at CKids, he was an incredibly shy student but since then has grown and transformed into a charismatic and social Lemur. For all these reasons and many more, Lucas is the Lemur Super Kid for August!
